.Life.Lately.

There were a few days in January where it was short sleeve and sandal days!
We went for walks and rode bikes...

and we went to the zoo with some friends...

We LOVED the nice weather.
Unfortunately,  it didn't last long.

We have been shopping, or should I say looking, quite a bit these past couple months...
It keeps us from feeling all cooped up on these cold winter days.

Here is Kambri enjoying some frozen yogurt at the outlet mall...
right after looking at all the animals in Cabela's!

This is also what we've been doing a lot of lately.
The mall right by our house has a small playground inside,
and a toy store that has toys set up for kids to come in and play.
It also has a carousel that Kambri loves to ride.
So we spend a lot of time here on cold days.

But for the most part, we have just been hibernating inside,
with our cozy pajamas,
and hot chocolate in hand.

She still loves jumping on her trampoline,
and pretending with all of her babies and toys.

We even had a birthday party for her baby.

The baby even got to sit in the high chair
and have a lick! ;)

She even sang her baby "Happy Birthday" all.day.long.
and kept reminding me that it was her baby's birthday throughout the day.

She has really been obsessed with birthdays lately.
So she wanted to have another party for her babies...
and so I let her make some cupcakes and frost them by herself.

But somehow, they all disappeared when she woke up from her nap! ;)

Here is Kambri with her first Valentine box filled with Valentines.
On Valentine's Day a group of girls got together and had a party.
We played games and had a good time.

When we got home we went to the mailbox
 and noticed my sister sent us a Valentine package filled with lots of stuff!!!
It made my day!
I have the best sister!

Jordan had to work on Valentine's Day until 10 p.m.
It was such a nice day outside,
so when Jordan got home from school,
I made him go for a walk with us
 before he went to work. 

Just recently we have been able to go outside and play in the snow...
This is only like the second or third time it has snowed all winter.
This last one was a crazy snowstorm.
By the end of the storm there was literally a layer of ice on top of the snow.

Last Sunday Kambri wanted to go outside and play in the snow.
It was too cold and so I brought the snow to her.
She had fun putting sprinkles on the snow and feeding it to her babies....
it was a good hour entertainment....and that is a record! :)
Usually I set up things for her to play and it only lasts 10-15 minutes
 and she is ready to move on to a new thing.

Update on Jordan: He is currently in Trimester 4 and is going strong!

He is doing really well and learning a lot!

Right now he is in Chicago at a conference.

He is always trying to get ahead of the game, and learn as much as he can every chance he gets.

He is going to be a great Chiropractor!

Also, tickets are booked and we will be flying home in April!

Can't wait to see everyone! :)
